How to Change Your CA Foundation Exam Centre 2025?

 

ICAI allows candidates to change their CA Foundation exam centres online through the correction window on the official website, icaiexam.icai.org. Here’s how it works:
 

  • After submitting the CA Foundation 2025 exam form, candidates can change their exam centre once, free of charge. However, changes with a fee are not allowed later. 
     
  • To make the change, candidates need to log in with their credentials before the correction window closes and select their new exam centre. They must also upload a signed handwritten or typed application requesting the change.
     
  • Once the request is submitted, candidates will see a confirmation on the screen. However, approval depends on seat availability at the chosen centre. 
     
  • Please note, a new admit card will not be issued for the updated centre. Candidates must carry the approval letter, their original admit card, and a valid ID to the exam.
