Job description:
HR Program & Operations
Driving the effective implementation of HR strategic programs, projects and priorities.
The priorities are to:
• Improve Client experience and value delivery
• Proactively manage delivery to mitigate risks and prevent issues, and address strategic cost management levers
• Recognize and Reward Delivery success
Responsibilities -
Lead cross service teams to identify best practices and propose multi-service delivery models for:
•Capacity planning
•Talent Strategy
•Recognition
•Build/maintain detailed workplan

•Run bi-weekly progress meetings with workstream leads
•Drive progress across workstreams
Job Qualifications
• Experience in Project/Large Program Management
• Strong communication and organization skills. Proactive mindset.
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Flexibility/willingness to flex and change direction quickly based on shifting business priorities
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent at building relationships with senior leaders
• Ability to manage stakeholders and advocate change through influence.
• Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationships, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on analysis, lead with facts, and inform with data.
