Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the HR Business Partner team in various activities, gaining valuable experience in a global organization.
What you will do: You will assist with projects related to talent management, employee relations, and other HR initiatives.
Key responsibility:
- Assisting with talent management projects, including performance management and succession planning.
- Supporting employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Preparing presentations and reports.
- Assisting with HR data analysis and reporting.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
