Job Description
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. This role ensures the seamless execution of strategic plans, optimizes operational efficiency, and enhances internal processes to support scalable growth. Working across departments, the COO drives performance improvement, ensures compliance with UAE regulations, and supports the CEO in executing the company s vision and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Leading operational strategy and execution across all business units to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company objectives.
Collaborating with the CEO and executive team to set long-term goals, evaluate performance, and refine strategic initiatives.
Developing and implementing internal policies and processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Managing budgets, resource planning, and cost-control initiatives across departments.
Monitoring key operational metrics and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Overseeing vendor management, supply chain operations, and service delivery functions.
Driving a performance-oriented culture and fostering leadership development across operational teams.
Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leadership in a dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of business processes, financial acumen, and regulatory compliance within the UAE.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and lead organizational transformation.
Proficiency in ERP systems, project management tools, and performance monitoring platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams across departments.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, trade regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.
