Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Analyze requirements and develop/enhance new products/platforms within our ecosystem and work closely with the stakeholders from various teams – Investments, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, etc. from ideation to delivery
• Help drive and execute against the product roadmap, play a key role in the product planning process & backlog prioritization process
• Work closely with engineers in laying out and designing system architecture to align with product objectives and ensure successful delivery on time and with high quality
• Manage engineering backlog, define user stories, help unblock engineers by making product and technical decisions
• Track and report on progress of features and platform performance with key stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technical products

  Strategic thinker with strong analytics, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with building projects involving data warehouses, APIs, enterprise level integrations
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management domain
• Understanding of agile development practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting ideas in an impactful manner for senior audiences
• Ability to work effectively across the across stakeholders in functions and regions including building trusted partnership with and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization
