MDM & Intune Operations Support Specialist With Patching Experience

8-10 Years Experience

Location: Bangalore and Pune

Prefer: Immediate to 30 days joiners

Mandatory Skill Sets: Intune, MDM, Patching hands on experience

:

Intune Management:

• Expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune.
  

Device Enrollment:

• Experience enrolling Windows and macOS devices, including BYOD and corporate-owned devices.

Compliance & Security:

• Creating and managing compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational standards.
• Configuring and managing endpoint security settings.
• Managing security settings for Windows and Mac devices, including antivirus, firewall, and encryption.

Windows OS & Configuration Management:

• Proficiency in managing Windows OS updates and feature changes.
• Configuring Windows devices using Intune, including Autopilot and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC).

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Providing third-line support for Windows and Mac device issues.
• Ability to create and manage scripts for automation and configuration.

macOS Management:

• Expertise in managing macOS devices, including updates and feature changes.
• Creating and managing configuration profiles for macOS using Intune.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager for device enrollment and management.

Security & Compliance:

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.
• Identifying and mitigating security threats.
• Enforcing security policies and handling non-compliance issues.
