Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion for Elets conferences, knowledge platforms, research reports, and digital initiatives
- Engage with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Government officials, and senior decision-makers
- Identify opportunities with IT companies, consulting firms, PSU organisations, startups, and solution providers
- Manage end-to-end deal cycles from first conversation to closure
- Work closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to create compelling proposals
- Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth
Requirements:

- Experience in B2B business development, partnerships, sponsorship, or enterprise outreach
- Comfortable speaking with senior leadership and government stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in events, media, SaaS, consulting, IT, or government ecosystem is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and excited by fast-paced environments
