Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Chennai.
- In this role, you will oversee sales and marketing initiatives, develop and implement innovative sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
- The Head of Sales Marketing will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management.
- Proven capabilities in Team Management and leadership.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Experience in technology-driven industries and familiarity with digital transformation is a plus.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
