Position Overview:

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Simplia, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that engage, nurture, and convert leads into loyal customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to design compelling content and optimize campaign performance for our North American clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and implement email marketing campaigns using industry best practices.

- Segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.

- Create engaging content that resonates with our clients audiences and drives action.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key insights to improve future campaigns.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.

- Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

- Manage and maintain email marketing platforms and tools.

- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably with US/North American clients.

- Proficiency in email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).

- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).

- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and project management skills.
