Job Description

Job Title: HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Remote

Experience: 6-10 Years

We are seeking a skilled and technically proficient HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage HubSpot workflows and campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and efficiency. You will work closely with the marketing team to create effective email marketing strategies, lead nurturing processes, and automated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, data analytics, and HubSpots platform functionalities to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpots analytics tools, providing insights for data-driven optimization.
  • Segment and maintain contact databases to ensure effective targeting and personalized communication.
  • Work with content teams to create compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HubSpot and marketing automation to continuously improve processes and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a HubSpot Marketing Automation role or similar position with a focus on automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpots Marketing Hub and its related tools (workflows, lead scoring, email automation, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Email Marketing, etc.) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with other marketing tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) is desirable.
